Parents, if your child's CPS Chromebook is not charging or powering on, try the following:
- Plug device in to working power outlet and let charge for 5-10 minutes;
- Open Chromebook and hold down the "Refresh" and "Power" keys for 10 seconds.
- The power indicator light on the device should turn orange.
- Wait 1-2 minutes, hold down the power button for 5 seconds.
- Device should power up.
