Class of 2027 Graduation Information
Dear Eighth Grade Families,
As we prepare to celebrate our upcoming graduates, please review the important details, deadlines, and guidelines below regarding graduation events and requirements.
Graduation Fee: $75
- Due Date: November 2, 2026
- Payment Method: Online via the Aspen Parent Portal
- Includes: Cap, gown, tassel, ribbon, diploma cover, and autograph book
Graduation Pictures
- Date: January 27, 2027
- Attire: Formal wear required
- Payment Method: Online directly to the photography vendor (more information to follow)
Graduation Luncheon: $35 per person
- Due Date: May 26, 2027
- Location: Elmcrest Banquet Hall, Elmwood Park
- Payment Method: Online via the Aspen Parent Portal
- Note: All students must be accompanied by a chaperone (age 18 or older)
Graduation Ceremony
- Date & Time: June 8, 2027 at 10:00 AM
- Location: Copernicus Center, 5216 W. Lawrence Ave, Chicago, IL 60630
- Ticketing: Each family will receive 7 tickets. Participating graduates do not require a ticket.
- Venue Guidelines: Balloons, strollers, and children under the age of 5 are strictly prohibited by the venue.
