¡Saludos familias de la escuela Locke!
 
Mi nombre es Jessica Cuaresma y estoy muy emocionada de trabajar en la escuela Locke este año. Trabajaré con los grados 7 y 8 como maestra de recursos bilingüe/EL. ¡Este será mi decimotercer año en educación y no puedo esperar para conocer a todos los estudiantes este año! Antes de Locke, fui maestra de recursos EL en Glenview y maestra bilingüe/monolingüe de primer grado. ¡Espero trabajar con los estudiantes, aprender sobre los estudiantes y ayudarlos crecer!

En mi tiempo libre, me gusta viajar con mi familia, ir a los partidos de béisbol (¡Vamos, White Sox!) y probar nuevos restaurantes. Probablemente me verán corriendo con mis hijas y mi esposo en clases de baile, fútbol y natación. ¡No sean tímidos y por favor saluden! ¡No puedo esperar a verlos a todos este año!

My name is Jessica Cuaresma and I am so excited to join Locke School this year! I will be working with 7th and 8th grades as a Bilingual/EL resource teacher. This will be my thirteenth year in education and I can't wait to get to know all of the kids this year! Prior to Locke, I was an EL resource teacher in Glenview and a first grade bilingual/monolingual teacher before that. I look forward to working with the students, learning about the students and helping them grow!
 
In my free time, I like to travel with my family, go to baseball games (Go, White Sox!) and try new restaurants. You'll probably see me running around with my daughters and husband at dance, soccer, and swim classes. Don't be shy and please say hi! I can't wait to see you all!
